Terms and Conditions

MEMBER

Must provide, for the duration of the rental period coverage for Fire, Theft / Complete Loss coverage for value of held equipment, naming:

PK Sound Corp of 235075 Ryan Road, Rocky View, AB T1X0K3 as additionally insured. This certificate must be uploaded to the Alliance portal before the equipment will be transferred from the Hub to the member. The Member may elect to provide certificates on a per use basis, or may elect to provide an annual coverage certificate, so long as the value of the rental equipment does not exceed the coverage limit.

MEMBER must carry and provide proof of a General Liability Insurance policy with no less than $2,000,000 USD in coverage for the duration of the rental period.  PK Sound Corp, or PK Global Alliance Inc. do not need to be named.  

MEMBER RENTAL TERMS

Deposits / Confirmation
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure order. Equipment will not be reserved with out deposit in place.

Payment Terms
• Full payment is due prior to release of rental equipment for all rental pickups

The renter hereby acknowledges full responsibility for all rental equipment.

All equipment is due back by 12 noon of the date listed under the return date indicated on the invoice. Late returns will be handled as extended rentals, and will be charged as such.

Missing equipment will be treated as a late return and charged as such. If missing equipment is not returned within 7 days of the return date, it will be invoiced and sold to the renter at the list price -20%.

All of the equipment will be returned in complete and good working order.  Surcharges may apply to equipment that is returned dirty, broken, or includes improperly wrapped cables.

The renter assumes the entire risk of loss or damages to the equipment from any cause whatsoever. Refer to Insurance requirements.

Equipment may not be tampered with in any way, (including minor repairs); PK Sound Corp., any of its subsidiaries or affiliates  will not be liable for any injury resulting from tampering or maintenance by unqualified persons.

PK Sound Corp., any of its subsidiaries or affiliates will not be liable for any costs incurred due to failure of the equipment which may lead to delayed, reduced, or cancelled events.

PK Sound Corp., any of its subsidiaries or affiliates will not be liable for damage to or loss of equipment, injury or loss of life due to failure of equipment.

The renter shall not transfer, deliver up possession of or sublet the equipment and the rental contract hereby granted shall not be assignable by the renter without written permission of PK Sound Corp.

Title or ownership of the equipment is, and shall at all times, remain vested in PK Sound Corp. and the renter shall have no right of property therein except the right to use the equipment which right shall be exercised by the renter and/or competent employees of the renter.
